Cafe fit-out, UAE

Full hospitality joinery package for a UAE cafe, bar counter with integrated POS, banquette seating around the perimeter, two service stations, and display shelving for retail merchandise. Coordinated with the F&B contractor and refrigeration partner.

The brief

A new cafe opening in a high-traffic UAE location. The joinery package needed to land complete in eight weeks to hit the planned opening date. Brief was a warm, material-led palette: dark wood, brushed brass, stone counters.

What we built

Main bar counter in walnut veneer with a quartz top, integrated POS bay, beverage prep station, and under-counter refrigeration cut-outs coordinated with the equipment supplier. Banquette seating around the perimeter with upholstered cushions and dark-stained timber backs. Two service stations on the floor, plus retail merchandise shelving by the entrance.

Constraints

Tight 8-week programme aligned to the cafe opening. Coordinated install with the refrigeration contractor (their kit landed on day 5 of our install), the lighting contractor (their pendants installed after our counter was set), and the flooring contractor (we built the banquette bases off the finished floor).
